Gerry is heading to LA in October to study with World renowned acting coaches Margie Haber and Lesly Kahn
Margie has taught the likes of Brad Pitt, Halle Berry etc. Lesly also has helped many of the worlds leading actors.

The Italian feature film
"Colour from the Dark", which Gerry played one of the lead roles in, will have it's premiere in the Pioneer Theatre in New York also on 19th October. It aslo stars well known fellow Irish actor Emmett J. Scanlan

Gerry has just finished shooting a short film called
"Men on the Shore". It also stars Brian fortune.

Gerry's next project is short film
"A Meeting with Souls". It is a supernatural Drama set in Ireland.

Gerry has also taken part in a workshop by well known American director


Gerry has just finished shooting scenes with Irish actress Sinead Cusack for feature film "Cracks" in which he plays the role of a "Coroner"

The feature is being directed by Jordan Scott, daughter of well known director Ridley Scott (Alien, Blade Runner, American Gangster etc.) And is being shot in Ireland for 7 weeks. Ridley Scott is also producing "Cracks".


Gerry can be seen in the Eircom Phonewatch ad on tv at the moment.

Gerry will also be playing the role of "Gentleman Joe" in feature film "Tinker Bob, Mister Big and other Stories" to be shot on location in Ireland, England and Holland later this year.

He is also playing the role of "Alan Kelly" in BrownH productions short "A Sense of Honour"


Gerry has just finished shooting Filmbase / RTÉ short film ‘Tart’ on location in Louth. Written and directed by Mairtin de Barra, the film also stars Brian McGrath (PS I Love You, Stardust), Orla Fitzgerald (The Wind that Shakes the Barley, Love is the Drug), Michael Patric (the Running Mate).

"We assembled a really strong cast and crew for this,” said de Barra. “We put a lot into finding just the right people for the job and our patience has been rewarded. The shoot went really well and everything ran smoothly."


Gerry is playing the role of the Priest in writer Brian Gilloughley's film "A Meeting With Souls". It will be directed by Glen Gannon. 
He also has landed the role of Fr Brendan in feature film
"The Outsider", which will also star Marin Kemp. It is due to start shooting early next year.

Gerry can be seen on TG4 (Irish language TV Chanel) on 6th of December in crime drama "Maru"


The Solution was awarded a Special Jury Award from the DeReel Independent Film Festival 2007, Australia. It also will be screened at the Bridge Festival, Vancouver May 2007 (then touring to Bosnia and Serbia), the Swansea Film Festival June 2007, the Portobello Film Festival August 2007 and the Ybor Festival of Moving Images, Tampa, Florida, 2007

"The White Dress" won best short at the Belfast film festival last weekend.

Gerry is heading to Italy for 10 days in July where he will play a lead role in a new horror fiction film.
The full-length feature will be directed by renowned Italian cult director
Ivan Zuccon. Gerry will play the role of Giovanni in the "Colour from the Dark".
The movie is based on a book by the American writer
HP Lovecraft who died in 1937 and has influenced the works of many modern day horror novelists including Stephen King. Like all of Zuccon's productions, it will be shot in English and subtitled into various languages before being distributed worldwide.


  "The White Dress", that Gerry plays a priest in, finished in second place at the Galway film festival and won the Seagate Foyle film festival recently.

He is also honored to be in the 2000th episode of Fair City on Thursday November, 30th.

  Gerry is back on Fair City in May/June and he's playing the lead in a short called "Winner"
He also shot a corporate video for St Bart's hospital London. and played the lead in a short called
Hostage.r

Gerry can be seen in some episodes of Fair City on RTE1 in early January, 2006

  He has also just finished playing the supporting lead role of Detective Maguire in The Interpreter and is due to play the lead role in a short called Living.

He played the lead role of Francis in Ivan Kavanaghs feature Francis which has gone out to several foreign festivals recently.
